Urban Cannabis Cultivation Facility

Posted on by Anthony Pipta

Our client retained our firm to assist them in designing a new small canopy cultivation and processing center in Chicago, IL.  The new facility would convert an abandoned manufacturing building located in a deteriorated area of central Chicago.

The new facility would include a cultivation area with 5,000 square feet of canopy, 2,000 square feet of processing area, and office and employee support space needed to support the cultivation and processing activities.

The new center would restore the existing building and play an important role in revitalizing a neglected neighborhood.
